Juan Daniel Perez, of Birmingham, AL, passed away on October 3, 2021. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a funeral mass immediately following at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (2 Xavier Circle). A rosary will be held at 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Grey-Bushelon Funeral Services with burial immediately following at Forest Crest Cemetery.
