Jewel Dean Elizabeth Datcher, a resident of Birmingham, AL., entered into eternal rest on February 13, 2020. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Rising Star (1320 2nd Ave. W.). Burial will follow in Zion Memorial Gardens. Visitation is scheduled for 3-7 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the funeral home.
