I'm just finding out Chanda is not physically with us. My heart goes out to her husband and family. I was stationed with Chanda at Norfolk and as many others know, she was a very pleasant and kind person. Always had a smile on her face to brighten the day or someone's mood. Finding out about this is definitely shocking, especially as she was so young. To her family and relatives, please accept my deepest sympathy.
