Scott Payne Obituary

Scott Payne, a resident of Concord, AL., passed away on February 18, 2018. He was an avid NASCAR fan, fisherman, and lover of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mrs. Peggy Payne and Mr. Butch Payne. He is survived by his sister, Julie Ann (Buddy) Martin, numerous cousins and lots of friends. The family will announce a gathering in his memory at a later date.
